    it was left-handed day on the 13th...!! I have a sister who was born on August 13 and who is left-handed (the only one in the family of 6 children...!) Congratulations to all for the sanding, scraping, filling and painting...!!

    Nice, and the lady is upright again. Drone footage shows Sarinda lookin betta and betta, even if still a ways to go. Nice job Robbo, Janice, Gemma, Simon, Jordan, Leigh an anybody I left out. Thanks m8s, keep up the good work.

    Wow. 28:36 that actually brought tears to my eyes. As I have mentioned before, I know Sarinda from when John Peer had her. To see her transformation with the painting of the hull was quite emotional for me. Seeing her returning gradually to her former glory with all the hard work you guys are putting in is amazing. I will definitely be trying to find time at some point to visit and help out for a day in any way I can.

    Good start another good sand on primed side for a good mechanical bond still some holes to fill do that before sanding for second coat of primer so you sand the filler while sanding the primer finish any caulking you have to do primer sand and then paint then sand and paint again that will do you guys are wonderfull to watch it really is the a team

    Ya'll are my heroes I always wanted to do what you are just never got too do it . In my travels now I'm 73 and blind and in a wheelchair so I do it lison ing to you guys live It I've been all over the world while in the ARMY in and out of war a d peace have had great travels and wouldn't have missed minit of it can't wait till you go sailing all over the world have fun and injoy while your young. Love you all.

    Sarinda is a stunning looking vessel , and you guy's are doing it proud , with all the work you are doing ( cap't Gemma!!) , going to look amazing ( I am envious) . Can't wait for the finished job , and seeing where you both are going to cruise to ( and Cap't Gemma out on the foredeck sunbaking in her bikini😁😁😂😂) ?! Also lot's of "thank you" cruises coming up !! Simon's boat would make a great tender ( depending on fuel usage ) ! Great video !!!!

    You guys just seem so pleasant! It would be a hoot to hang with y'all for a day! I live in the South here in East Tennessee and I truly believe in Southern hospitality but hospitality in general is a forgotten trait anymore here in the States! I would love to live in the UK! Everyone seems so down to earth and hospitable! Great progress on the Ol' girl! Can't wait to see her floating freely!

    I am so glad you are preserving this little bit of naval history. She is starting to look like a proper ship again. Bravo Zulu, wish I was there to do my little bit but Canada is to far away to swim there.

    That exhaust idea is very clever greats hull protection, you could use a drain camera to inspect the inside of the exhaust ?

    When doing long runs of sealant with the Ryobi, as you’ve noticed there is a delay after releasing the trigger. If you let it go only half way it does not completely release the plunger only stops the extrusion. It enables you to do a bead, pause, reposition without the delay as the plunger begins pushing again. Saves me a lot of time!

    Love the new RIB. Keep it Simon. Build a simple removable rack that fits up forward to haul trash and supply's without destroying that beautiful RIB. She'll fit just nicely on deck with your crane.

    That was a lovely lovely episode. So much fun and so much work done. The old girl just looks better and better each week, no not you Gemma, Sarinda of course lol. I'm surprised that on the thick rust you never used a needle gun, quite noisy but quicker than scraping and chiselling.👍

    Your reply about not being able to lay a foundation around your ship because the powers that be wouldn't let you, but howsabout a dirt berm ? That can easily be put back in order when to free your boat from captivity...? ( grow some grass lawn on it and keep it mowed? ) maybe even grow some vegetables, heh-heh-heh!
