Thanks for the videos; they've been very useful in planning my own conversion (based in NI unfortunately). One question - are you not required to have a floor-level emergency window facing the front of the property? We had one put in our previous house (2021 conversation) and I understand local NI building regs require it for the the emergency services to gain access to the loft in the event of a fire.
