Good job Lewis, the only thing i would have done differently is to set the door frame to the side you had to pack out just so i could get an archtrave on the other side and i know you wanted to keep as much space as you could but i just think it would've made it easier for yourself and looked better 👍
Looks like it's going to be far more practical! Must also be nice to be able to fit these jobs in around work that pays the bills. Door looks nice and modern too so it's "futureproof", should you ever be looking to sell. I look forward to seeing what you do inside the porch space. All the best!
@@LTWCarpentry good stuff. I learned to spread a bit of pink years ago to compliment my bathroom and kitchen fits. Never looked back and now I’m pretty solid at plastering. Sponging defo helps us guys who want to multi trade a bit while learning. Good to have another UK based trade to follow. Keep it up bro! 🇬🇧

As a fellow carpenter i would consider centering it over the front door and geting a architrave all round
Yes normally I would do, but I want the space on the other side to do some built in furniture for coat shows ect.
@LTWCarpentry yeah I get that, whatever meets the needs of the user or client. Also I love a good coat show 😂😂
