I finally figured out how to be in 'mushin' state a few weeks ago, and this video did a decent job explaining it. I would describe it as: quitting all ANTICIPATION of pleasure, pain, or stress. Anticipation drives up dopamine too early.
@mugen508 Hi friend. This is the closest video I made: ruclips.net/video/XeW7jgnf8AY/видео.html I believe the hardest things to stop anticipating are sex / lust, and food. I do fasting to break my addiction to food, and when I fast for two days, I try not to anticipate the food I'll eat when I'm done fasting. I also stopped jerking off, porn, and fantasizing about sex. I only enjoy it when I am with my wife, and I don't think about it the days or minutes before. Am I perfect in doing this, no, but I know it breaks my "no mind" if I do it. Good luck to you. Clear those thoughts, desires, and anticipating the future.
The description in the video is about Zen Buddhism. Zen Buddhism was founded about 2000 years before Musashi. The one who discovered that Dhyana (aka Zen) can be practised while moving was the 28th Buddhist patriarch Boddhidarma some 500 years BC. Zenmaster Takuan Soho taught swordmaster Yagui Munenori in the 16th century about what happens when one's thoughts are put on anything at all (i.e. one has earthly thoughts). This is written in the book The Unfettered Mind. Musashi lived when the Munenori and Soho lived, so he might well have learned about Munen Muso, without earthly thoughts.
musashi no invent mind of no mind. it was already known before musashi. its principle is known in zen buddhism, and also mentiomend by takuan and many others. also by swordmaster yagyu munenori.

Unfortunately this is only theory ... Where is the practical part !! 😮😢😢🤦🤦
