Hey John Thanks for the explanation. I would love to see the white color also on the standart de1+ as optional feature🙂 I read you anounce a new Model, when it will be available and what is the difference between them? Regards
Wth the currently available models, if you want to steam during brew, you need to buy two group heads. Example here: ruclips.net/video/vwJnnsAyViI/видео.html
Tempted to go with the de1 in the showroom. Queue moving so slowly 😅 eta for 21st in the queue? I'm a pro 1.4. still gonna stick with it but the anticipation is killing me
@@decentespresso hehe I'm 110, the Canadian order 😉 do you guys have any last mirror panels btw? I think they look cooler ultimately, and there's still time for a knee jerk decision! 😅
@@basil7953 Originally, it was going to be a sub $1,200 machine but design criteria got upgraded over time making that low cost machine no longer feasible. Can you add an update as this video is now 2 years old?
Good call! Keep your eyes peeled for a new video!
I prefer the white color way
which ones steam/extract simultaneously? I think thats also a difference with the commercial class machines.

Are there plans to make the pro model in white?
Sorry, only the DE1XL will be in white.
@@decentespresso Bummer. It'll look so nice next to the white niche.
@@decentespresso Also - When will 1.3 be available?
@@IlanDavid Mid-January is the plan.
Can the plus model get the mirror front retro fitted? Cost? I don't need the pro model for home use but the love its aesthetics.
the refit is not something we do. If you're handy, you can buy the parts and do the refit yourself, but it's a 4h job.
What version is this Plus, 1.0 or 1.1?
Is the UL version still slated for August? Also can you get the better steaming wand on the Pro?
You can buy the larger steam wand as an accessory and install it on any of our models, here is the link decentespresso.com/accessories
Version 1.3 is still planned to be our UL certified version, with production starting once version 1.1 ends. Probably around October/November.

Not sure what voltage you are, but I'd expect under 3 weeks for you.

@@excellerateurbreath The DE1XL is coming out with mirror panels, but all the other models are brushed only now. Sorry!
