written pattern:
hook: 4mm
r1; chain 12, slip stitch to join making a circle
r2; sc in each chain all around (12)
working around without starting a new chain in each row
r3-5; sc around each stitch (12) for 2 rounds
r6; 1 dec, 4 sc (10)
r7-9; sc around (10) for 3 rounds
r10; 1 dec, 3 sc (8)
r11; 1 dec, 2 sc (6)
r12; dec all around til you end up with a point

I did it, now if I need something a bit bigger do I just double my stitches

You could probably just adjust the amount of stitches. Like instead of 12 as the base, maybe 16? But youbwould have to really keep track of your start and stop like with a stitch marker.
