I really love that you *didnt* say as much on this song because the lyrics are so heavy. I understand that you're a drummer so you're listening for that, but I love music for the lyrics first. I feel that sometimes you miss that aspect - especially with "Thoughts and Prayers" because that was brutal and in your face with the message.

It’s my favorite song off the album, as well as Another Life. There’s so much raw emotion in both tracks. I’d love to know his influence to both those songs. And to note Thoughts and Prayers, it’s definitely my third favorite. It hits hard which in my opinion shows how much diversity he has in this album. Chris is truly talented

Sick we got a similar music taste, probably gonna watch more of your reactions to other bands and see what else piques my interest. On another note, this is, without a doubt, my all time favorite album because of the meaning behind my favorite songs, mainly Disguise, and the period of my life I was going through when I discovered the album. Disguise was the song that kind of made me put my foot down, stop lying to myself and take back control of my life so even though i know every word and my steering wheel is probably tired of my shitty drumming, thats my fucking jam and its refreshing as all hell to be able to enjoy the same music as someone else (idk anyone personally who listens to MIW). Breaking Benjamin is my favorite band. Also this is my favorite song by MIW, and of the year, Tool supposed to making a new album, and then there's more songs unheard thats on the new Slipknot album, so this might become my second fav within months to come, its a good fucking year.

@@yourmother6045 I did eventually notice similarities to INK throughout the "Creatures" album, but that was more to do with the similar album concepts of songs inspired by iconic Horror/Movie creatures. Not so much the actual sound though.

This is definitely my favorite off the album, which is saying allot because I really like this album as a whole. So much power and emotion in this one. The Breaking Benjamin influence really comes through here, but I feel like they've incorporated some of that into their music since Reincarnate, which I really dig since I love Breaking Benjamin. This album is a nice blend of Alternative Rock, Nu Metal, and Metalcore. Though I wish the Metalcore elements showed up a little more, this is probably my favorite album by them. There is only one track on here that I don't really like and you haven't reviewed it. Really curious to see your reaction.
