I used to live in Gujarat when I was a kid. The landlady of our house used to live downstairs. Every evening when she used to cook for her family, she used to invite me and my sister to have dinner with them. She was really sweet. It's been 14 years but we still remember her. Dadi ji, you remind me of her. ❤️

JSK Ba; another lovely recipe. My mum used to make this once a month on a huge pan as she need to make it for 8 people. I used to help her by cut the Dhokli and loved place each dhokli in the dal - I would do anything to be with my mum - Gosh I miss her so much😢😢 lost her when I 6 months pregnant nearly 28yr ago. you remind me of her so much 🙏 JJR 🙏🙏

This is my favourite food.I had eaten long long ago, was made by one of very close family friend, who were kacchis .....dadis hands look so pretty with nail polish 😍

@@gujjubennanasta4899 oh wow it's henna , couldn't figure out. Dadis recipes are Top class, simple and definitely with tasty results. Just one thing that i thought of, may be to reduce the stress on dadi , because shooting is not an easy task. Since proportion of all ingredients is really not specified in the beginning, therefore she could start the recipe directly....I watch a lot of famous cooking channels which do the same. This way you could save some time & may be dadi could share some tips and tricks in the mean while. This is just a thought, i don't know how far it makes sense ....
