No bro, the charging time goes upto 15 hours, and there is no riding modes so doesn't make sense without the pro pack

There will be a little difference in terms of range. Also it depends on how you ride. If you ride in sophisticated manner then the Regenerative power will help you achieve better range. Unfortunately there are no fixed number for this.
