    INGREDIENTS:
    * Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup
    * Salt (नमक) - as per taste
    * Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - some
    * Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - 1/4 cup
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup
    * Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
    * Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
    * Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
    * Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
    * Cumin seeds (जीरा) - coarsely ground
    * Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - coarsely ground
    * Dried whole red chili (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च ) - coarsely ground
    * Coriander seeds (सूखा धनिया) - coarsely ground
    * Potato (आलू) - 2 boiled
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    RECIPE:
    In a bowl, put some Wheat Flour, Salt, Carom Seeds, and Oil. Bind it tightly by adding Water in it gradually. Cover it and keep it aside.
    In another bowl, put some sieved Gram Flour, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Mango Powder, Salt, Chat Masala, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and some coarsely ground spices like Cumin Seeds, Dried Whole Red Chilies and Coriander Seeds, and bind a tight dough with some boiled and grated Potatoes. Apply some oil on the dough and knead it. Then keep it aside for 5 mins.
    Divide the Wheat dough into 2 parts and roll them, then keep them aside.
    Divide the Gram Flour dough into 2 parts and roll them as well.
    Then take a rolled Wheat Chapati, apply some water on it, and put the Gram Flour Chapati on it and join them both and roll them.
    Make a roll of it and cut it in small parts, then make the Mathris with the small pieces by rolling them. In the same way, make all the Mathris/Snacks. Fry them in the medium heated Oil. In this way, tasty and crispy Wheat Flour Mathris/Snacks will get ready.
