Two tips for you, that will help you out a lot if you don't have the advanced placement gamepass!
1. You can actually use the transform tool without buying it, but you can only use it on pillows and blankets, and you also must not leave the radius!
2. If you wanna place two things really close, delete the first one. Then select the second one, and press control z and left click at the same time! that way you will have placed the second one and the deleted 1st item will be undoed yk

If you don't have the colors that she has, I recommend Cloudy Gray and Beig and Light Stone Gray with the materials that she says.For the furniture and ceiling they look very good
here's a tip:
if you want to have the same custom colour as her but cant afford it, use the colour oyster
