Nice job but it leaves me with a bunch of questions: Why dress it on the deck? Is there no hatch cover to work on? Also, no gloves? I guess if you're only doing one fish it's okay but I sure wouldn't spend all day dressing without gloves. Did you skin the fillets or just not show that?
