Hi Hanna. I just recently transfered all apps from my old Sony z3 compact, and none of them were causing this problem. I'll let you know when I know which app is causing the problem.
Hi Hanna. I have found one app that is causing the problem. It is my Garmin Connect app, which I have connected to a Garmin Forerunner watch, so I get notifications on my watch when I get calls, texts an so on. I have now had it unstalled for some hours, and now the phone still don't work again 🤨- Christina

HI Hanna. It has actually been a problem since I started setting up the phone when I got it from the store. I tried with three different phones, and all of them had the error then I had installed all my apps etc. The volume bottom simply does not work at all when I start the phone - only when I turn the phone into the safe mode. When I deleted the Garmin app, the volume buttom worked to about 3 hours, and then it stopped working again. I hope this makes sense. - Christina
