Crazy Diamond is one of my 3 fav stands in all of JoJo. . . This rework made me SO happy! If they reworked Purple Haze as well as they did CD, that'll mean all 3 of my favourite stands will be goated. My tope 3 are Crazy Diamond, Purple Haze, and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Not necessarily in that order, because it's hard to choose between them.
I love the new crazy diamond update but the only thing i was waiting to be added to the stand is a motorcycle mobility attacking move but it never happened but still the update was amazing and the rework:)
This was THE golden era for YBA. When school starts however, i don't think he will keep updating every 1 or 2 weeks. Lets hope he will pull out some good stuff at least monthly.

actually the damage of the last hit for moves that aren't impale and road roller are based off the health of health when the move started not what the hp is at the end as i've tested sad they kinda screwed it up and also it's not 0-200%+ it's WAAY more than, some developer screwed up the math prob
hey, if you use boxing i found a great combo, you do angelo -> blood (this is a suprise tool for later) -> eye gouge -> T -> jaw breaker -> (suprise tool time) THEN SHARD CUZ IT HOMES CUZ THERE SHOULD STILL BE BLOOD ON THEM also right about here ^ you can use bd instead

CD rework is the best way to dealing with Anubiz now, it's have counter, range skills and the Crazy Beatdown is pybass block and cannot cancel or parry. Dang, i love CD now, CD rework is so dang good.
This is a common misconception within the community, the bd heals you back to full but only for the cutscene, and then returns you back to your original HP right after the final hit THEN you take take the damage
eh i think the only thing that makes cd rework better its own moves that are actually now comboable and able to output great damage, yet old cd did have rock trap which give you free moves but there was no good moves to rely on.
What YBA fans care about the most: *"BUT THE EFFECTS ARE SO GOOD!!!!"* This is the most basic way to make a CD moveset, it's all just references to the episodes. It's not even a support stand or anything, it's all trapped in the 1v1's mode because Paragon doesn't like teaming. This just kinda kills variety, and if I wanted to find this specific moves for CD I could just play ntjjg. I get it, it's better than nothing, but this rework just feels empty, we shouldn't praise the update, it's making YBA kinda... boring and one note stands.
so is ntjjg empty, cd cant even heal others there, and theres is so many stands that doesnt exist in ntjjg. Yet even ntjjg effects are worse, and whats so special about cd moves in nttjg cd moveset? , yep nothing. Yet EVERY jojo game bases all jojo stand moves on their references in their own way, so ntjjg is not an good example of it.
You can counter CD with fast M1ners like MIH, RHCP, and SC they just completely butcher this stand as long as you keep spamming M1s and keep the pressure
I feel like next video should be about tusk and be titled Tusks “INFINITE” Rotation?? As since tusk uses infinite rotations and the infinite combo can be seen as a “rotation” of skills
aye GE is good now, TA4 on the other side... maybe not rework just some changes uppercut wormhole can be fast as it is now, but not do stun, at least not THAT much, but a bit longer cooldown
I just have 1 problem with cd, the rock trap comes out too fast for you to react to. This means it's a free bd button. Get someone to half health and use this for a free bd and they are immediately in red. Again, they can't barrage in it, so they can interrupt it like if it was eye gouge. Honestly it's just the bd. I they can do whatever else they want, it's just the free bd. Unless it breaks
I have a combo mr. It's called: " Broken" and its a combination of Aerosmith and Pluck, just keep hitting your opponent with pluck and the damage combined with Aerosmith sir
That was the entire point of anubis they shoulda just fixed it so pluck with anubis doesnt work as well and given that nerfs since before then anubis by its own or with old pluck was fine
the only sad part is that u cant use moves without ur stand out like old crazy diamond was able to with bearing shot, i wanted to do a only boxing build and the bearing shot + counter would come in handy but i cant bc U NEED UR STAND OUT TO USE THE SKILLS

Infu if you didn’t know they removed m1 stun on Anubis in return for more m1 speed, so you could have blocked his hits

The sheer effort the Devs Put onto Crazy diamond's Animations are Fantastic! This is one of the times I truly Liked a YBA Update.
Didn’t put much effort into balancing it ffs it literally does over 200 damage with a single combo (tested with max vitality)

I got 105.1 damage on the last hit on the bd with ge 💀. Now imagine what it would be like with Hamon against a vampire.
Don’t forget GE has a limb remover tool with Frog Punch, now that’s a lot of damage

Great rework but they made all of its move cancellable except barrage and finisher and I use pluck with it so 99.1 percent of my moves are cancellable

The finisher scales depending on how much health they had when you hit them, like the other beatdowns, but scales harder due to the heal

I normally find Anubis players aggressive in turns of pvp so I just take advantage of that :D
Fun fact: you can do ragdoll blood projectile and theres still a chance to hit (even if blood proj doesn’t hit the shard would hit)
