Hi,
It seems you have checked the most common solutions to this code. The
likely culprits are the Image Processing Board (most likely) or the
Interface Board.
Carefully inspect the ribbon cable connection from the CCD to the Image
Processing Board. In most cases it is a loose connection or damaged
connectors.
