I'm a little skeptical about that....their performance on SNL was live and nowhere near that good.
Well every band has their good days and bad days .. Like Nirvana, their MTV unplugged concert was considered to be their best performance..
True, true. They did rock that "Of the Night" performance. I think the good days and bad days may have a lot to do with the venue and audience. A SNL performance is a lot different than the "Of the Night" venue and crowd. I can see why one would be better than the other.
And I completely agree about Nirvana's Unplugged. I think it was their best ever.

I just LOVE how he is involved with the audience, and doesn't just make it his song and nothing else. I admire this band so much because of how down to earth they all are, and none of their songs are meaningless.

I did this on the most recent tour, well I was in seated but me and my mate went for it like we were part of standing, despite the fact that nobody around us did.It was absolutely amazing

Depends on how big the venue is, and how many people there will be. I got there about 30 minutes before the doors opened, and got fairly close. So 30-60 minutes, or more if you can handle the cold :D
I would really recommend going, they're SO GOOD live.
They come in July to PORTUGAL , i am so happy !

Most British band I have ever seen.... and I love it
Its hard to tell the difference between his voice from a record and live performance.. I.E the guy has a smashing voice! Not too many artists that sound just as good live..
I don't think I have ever been sweating as much as I did when we were jumping up and down to this song in Cophenhagen. It was absolutely amazing!

Wow! They are so amazing! I just realized why I love Bastille so much: the percussion. But that's not the only reason. Their sound and songs are so unique. It's like nothing I ever heard before. And you sure as hell don't hear it in today's crap that passes for music. You have Dan singing those amazing songs and the band playing some wonderful music. But that percussion really ties it all together. I don't think I would enjoy their music so much without it. It really makes me feel the music. I relate to their lyrics a lot too. When I listen to them, whatever I'm thinking or feeling, it's like they're playing for me, or singing to me. It's like they know what I'm going through and wrote a song just for me. Bravo, gentlemen. I really wanted to see them in concert earlier this month but I couldn't get off for work bc of spring break. I haven't been to a concert in over 3 years and I'm going through withdrawals. ha ha :)
To sound good in a studio is one thing but to sound the same live with out any enhancing features typically used in a studio. Well that is priceless :).

I just love this performance because he messes up and has to fix it. But the way he manages to take to them and still sing on time and correctly is great. That's what I love about live performances, the little moments and mistakes. It makes it fun and memorable.

I remember when this song first came out I had to been 15-16yro. It was a great song. I knew all the words and danced my ass off every time it came on. But forgot all about it as time went on and it stopped playing on the radio. But then on new years 2015 when these dudes played it live I was with a group of friends from way back when and we all grew up listening to this song. WOW!! talk about a through back moment lol. Now being older married and with kids. Partying like I did In those days are down to one beer no shots and E pills what are f#*king nuts lol.. I really sat back and listen to the lyrics. Dam this is a really good song and these guys nailed it. great job. Dam!!! I miss being in my teens lol..
