Great flight! Those low passes are awesome. She really looks good in the air, definitely a plane that deserves a turbine! There is just something lost with an EDF that takes away from the overall look of her. Do the tanks help stabilize her or does it really matter if they are on or not? Tough to tell but do you have brakes on her or just stock gear?

      Thanks,
Today was national memorial day 5.8.1995, and to celebrate victory our real full scale Mig21 flew for the last time (being replaces woth Rafale planes).
Stock gear no brakes, on asphalt plane would roll on idle, there I should add them yes.
Tanks/no tanks, no dofference, I flew both variants and filmed on my channel, it just looks a bit better to me with them on.
Great plane and flies around at 20% throttle, amazing

Can't pm in RUclips, so I'll ask here (based on your comment to Dominator exhaust). Did you figure out the EU approved Dominator HP1 exhaust for the r1200r? I'm wondering if the EU approved exhaust comes with the screw in the db killer and all that needs to be done is break the 4 spot welds? Or is it spot welded and once you pop them, it couldn't be reinstalled because there is no screw? I hope you would sand or grind the welds versus using a screwdriver, though. If there is no screw, I may think about the non homologated version, but I prefer the stamp.
This information is nowhere to found and there are no pictures anywhere online. Dominator will only reply that it's 'welded' which doesn't help determine if I can have the EU stamp and then take the baffle out for racing, but reinstall whenever I like 🤷
By the way, the landing and ground handling in this video is spot on!

Hi, yes no i fo online.
I managed to drill away 4 spot welds in corners of db killer,
And 1 by screw head, then had to punch a bit in between db killer and muffler with screwdriwer to break free, and got it out,
Muffler is not damaged at all, but db killer is bent a bit, if I need it back it can be installed or even bought a new one for 40e. They sell them.
There is a screw so it can be fixed without welding. Like non CE approved muffler works.
But for 2months now I am riding with it removed, even did long trip.to seaside and does not annoy me. R1200r can be driven in 6th in low rpm and legal speed so no too loud if you dont want to, then just drop a gear (or two) and there she comes alive and loud.
Get a dremel tool, grind away welds and enjoy homologated version, certificate is all it counts in the end on the street.

@@user-vf7gp1hr9c oh yes, I also got the ESE flap eliminator from italy, the pro version with switch, so I can close flap if I want to be super silent @ 1-2-3 gear in morning/evening....
Look into that also, its a plug and play thing
