It was a pretty wholesome interview. The suggestions or the feedback of the panel was right on point. I usually make similar mistakes as the candidate does in my interviews as well. So, I can actually resonate with the feedback the candidate has received. Anyways, more power to you Shrestha. All the best!

As a qualified CMA, I do not resonate with what the candidate has said, a person who knows how to network will do it even with CA/CMA and a person lacking such skills will not be able to make meaningful connections even while doing an MBA. Networking is a skill that one has to master, what stopped her from joining professional courses is the time commitment and dedication required to complete these courses. The panel was outstanding and clarity of thought was reflected in their speech. Learned a lot. Good luck to the candidate.

She can get better with the clarity in her points and completing that point fully before moving to the next. Also, the parts of interview wherein a situation is being put forth before her, she can at least try to attempt that answer rather than completely surrendering because it needs 'her' interpretation rather than any facts to be put forward to answer it. Also, a bit more boldness and confidence in her conduct would be great for establishing a strong persona of her in front of the interviewers. Anyways, kudos to the genuine feedbacks and wishes to her :)
