Great to see some music from your neighbours up here in the great white north !! Another French Canadian fiddle song that would make a fun little video is called 'La Bastringe', a fun little song. Thanks for sharing!!!

      You're welcome :)
Good idea! I put this on the request list. Because this is a free channel I only have so much spare time to devote to creating videos and content which means it might take a long time to get to your request. Tunes that are frequently get requested will be favored. Your feedback is appreciated! Be sure to check out www.jkleinberg.com/fiddlehed/ for free sheet music, mp3s, exercise loops and other useful stuff! And thanks for watching! Cheers!

I did a little research on this. Years ago, while vacationing in Quebec and New Brunswick, I ran into Acadian culture and fiddling. (Jason might know... the Cajun people came from Acadia in New Brunswick - "Acadien" = " 'Cajun" .) Anyway, this sounded very Acadian to me as opposed to Quebecois or Nova Scotian, and indeed it is... came from the region of the mouth of the Tobique River in New Brunswick. Very traditional.
