Acá en México son típicos esos huaraches como se le llaman y los puede haber así como el del vídeo o con trozos de salchicha frita, pollo deshebrado, mole verde un guiso típico de acá también, papas con chorizo, huevo estrellado etc, hay una gran variedad de guisos que se le pueden poner encima !
