Osumania to Stepmania converter demo 1

Shows ability to convert extreme 7K files, as well as handle the most extreme but reasonable bpm changes.
Noticeable bugs:
Some notes can be clearly seen missing.
Edit difficulties seem to be broken.
The most ridiculous timing point situations break the program as well as stepmania itself.
There's also the issue with no clear way to translate the offset of an osu map to stepmania file, resulting in slightly to extremely offsync files.
