- Ever since our first trip to Amatista Cookhouse at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Universal Studios Orlando Florida we have not been able to stop talking about the vegan and not vegan dining food options. Amatista quickly became our favorite Universal vegan and not vegan property restaurant. When Becky told us Amatista Cookhouse got rid of our favorite tacos, we had to go back to try the arepas she recommended.

Ah I have stayed here twice and haven’t eaten here :/ I’ll be at hard rock in October and not sure if I will find the time to come to dinner here with HHN every night but I really want to try! The arepas and yucca look amazing! Def will have this in the back of my mind! Thanks for putting on my radar!

Love the F&B at Sapphire Falls. The Strongwater Tavern Tapas are great especially the Tuna Tiradito. Can’t wait to try some of the items you all had. Have you reviewed Strongwater yet?

I’m a Disney diehard and just learning about Universal. Will have to give this spot a try.
We haven't gone to Universal in over 20 years. Maybe next trip? Those arepas, man they looked good!
They validate at the hotel so you can always eat there without park admission. 👸
The colour of that masala is just wrong! All the Brits in my various FB groups say they can't find a decent curry in Orlando. Any suggestions? I was thinking of trying Aashirwad on I Drive (looks like it has vegan options), but have heard mixed reviews
We discussed it and really haven't found a place we could suggest for a good curry. It's so hard.
