I think one of the reason they prefer the handheld mics is because they are breathing hard due to the dancing. If he wears a head mic, you hear all the heavy breathing when he is not actually singing.
believe it or not jungkook said his condition this day was terrible. he has been sick during the promotions of seven, he is still recovering from a really bad cold but since he's such a good singer and live performer it goes unnoticed. he had great energy on stage and the crowd had really good energy as well.
About how they plan which one they decide to drop a solo project it’s not based on popularity because all of them are popular as a solo artists.This song is not his first solo song but the difference this time is that they want to release solo albums before they enlist to the military, 5 of them already released albums, Jungkook released his single and soon he’s gonna release his album and after him it’s gonna be only 1 members left to release his project.
May not be totally accurate but actually even though Jin released a single before entering his military service he is supposed to release something upon his return to us before the group fully reforms 💜 so each member except V and Jin has released solo albums with Jungkook’s practically being on the way

@@fatmankrar Which is why my first words were “may not be totally accurate” but I believe there is supposed to be a release from Jin when he ends his military service. Of course I have no idea. We only know for sure what the guys tell us!

About the order, it’s not popularity, it is who is ready with their music first. Jhope completed his album first, Jin snuck a solo in with Coldplay before leaving for the military, RM’s full album was ready shortly after, Jimin next, Suga after that. JK is still working on his album but had this song ready pretty quickly so suspect it was released to keep the momentum going. RM and Suga both diligently developed their albums over about four years. J hope wrote most of his songs in about two months but took about a year in total to develop, produce and promote. Jimin was about 10 months, he said in an interview. V is known to work on songs and then disregard them, but the company estimated a September release this year for his album.
The song is so catchy!!!! Did you see him singing Seven on a vlive lmao it’s just a livestream and he’s so stick with stuffy nose so obvious when he speaks… but he started singing while just sitting in his hotel room while interacting with army… and wow… he’s so talented it’s insane. Poor guy has been sick for his entire promotions . 1:38 jungkook LOVES to perform… he always looks SO HAPPY on stage… he was born for this… just like every single member… they really were born for this in every way you can imagine. Their artistry is why ppl fall in love with this group… bc they’re exceptional in and off stage .
For the Mic, I think they are more comfortable with using handheld mics since they are more used to it?
I mean you can control your voice more with these .

Bts have creative freedom they produced and written most of their work with their in-house team of producers they always had the last call that what makes bts different they were never industry plant

The go solo when the have a song to released, all members is going solo untill the enlist, then the come back as a group again, Jin dropped a solo and farwell song to Army saying he love us and will miss us before he enlist, J-Hope dropped an Album before he enlist, Rm dropped his Album, Suga also dropped his Album and Jimin to, so some off theme maybe enlist soon
Since summer of 2022, 6 members out of 7 in BTS have released solo albums and/or songs and Jungkook is the latest to do his solo project. In years past, BTS 3 rappers in the group released solo mixtapes, but all 3 rappers finally each released successful solo albums last year and this year.
BTS 7 members as solo artists:
J-hope - released mixtape in 2018, full album released in 2022 and first Korean music act to headline Lolapalooza on main stage which he performed in front of over 100k fans. Released also a solo song and music video collaboration with J cole before entering the military this spring.
RM - released mixtape in 2015 and 2018. Full album released in late 2022. Collabs include Erika Badu, Anderso Paak and popular Korean artists. Performed on Tiny Desk Concert and had one special concert in cozy venue of 100 guests in korea to perform songs with Korean artists he collaborated on the album.
Jin - 2022 solo song collaboration and popular music video with Coldplay and performed live in Argentina with Coldplay before entering the military late 2022.
Jimin - released mini solo album this spring with two popular music videos. Performed on Jimmy Fallon.
Suga (aka Agust D) - released mixtapes in 2016 and 2020. Released full album 2023. First BTS member to do a mini world solo tour in USA and Asia with tickets selling out at all venues in presale. Performed on Jimmy Fallon to promote album. Most successful world tour by a Korean artist ever
Jungkook - released hit song 7. Performed it on GMA in New York and on BBC Radio One in the UK. Rumored album coming out soon
V - Recently performed in music video singing a couple of famous jazz songs. Rumors of a jazz/ standard type album coming out this year.
The suspected reason the members of BTS have been doing a lot of solo projects around the same time within a years time is because it’s believed they are all planning to enter the military before the end of this year and serve the required 2 years so that by 2025 they can reunite and continue as BTS. If it weren’t for the mandatory military requirement to serve in Korea before you are 30 years old, it is most likely BTS members stay as a group and less likely have solo projects because they prefer to be in BTS.
Jungkook collabed with Charlie puth for “left and right” and jungkooks song “dreamers” ft fahad was performed for the first time at the World Cup opening ceremonies in 2022… breaking records both with “left and right” and also with “dreamers again.” Jungkook also released “still with you”!and “my you” which were both only available on SoundCloud previously and rose straight to the top with still with you… even though had no promo, no physical copied and was a 3 year old song while “my you” also debuted right under “still with you,” and a one year old song as well.
All of these part of JKs content releases since they started this solo era… since you left out everything else JK did other than Seven… filled it in for you.
Also jungkooks solo album will be released before Vs .
Jungkook has broken so many records I can’t keep up… biggest first day streams on global Spotify in history for any male act… not just K-pop idols but any Male artist with 15.99M , biggest debut week of any ksoloist in history , longest charting ksoloist on the global Spotify charts in history… and so on and so forth.
Jimin was also the first ksoloist to ever debut at number one on the billboard hot 100 with Like Crazy
@@blarmy827 Yes thanks for adding other facts on succesful solo projects of Jungkook and Jimins the past year. So far every solo songs and albums released by BTS as individuals have been met with success as solo artists. Every member of BTS can be successful huge solo artists if they wanted to but they've always maintained they wanted to continue in BTS. When their contract ended in 2020, they decided to sign another 7 years to be in BTS. Their company supports and allows them to do their own solo projects.
Supposedly they got together as a group and decided what order to go solo. The older members would have to do mandatory military service so they went first.

4:14 real singers tend to go with handheld mics…. The headset mics don’t pick up the sound as naturally and tend to be used a lot when ppl aren’t actually singing live… not always of course… but hand held mics are a necessity to go along with a love band… bc sure he could be singing the whole time while dancing and sound perfect.. but it’s generally not a choice an artist will make. Headset mics are more made for no live band and just playing the track in the background and the focus is on the dancing the most… jungkook has a habit of dancing really powerfully .. and with the choreo and the way he tosses his head back a couple times in the choreo would have caused that to fly off his head lol jungkook is a real singer… he’s got crazy vocal control and the natural vibe of him when he stops singing to dance or breathe.. it’s not that bad bc we have heard his live vocals during majority of the performance… it feels more genuine bc he has to breathe lol but sound quality w live band and hand held mics just make more sense

J hope was first then Jin before military service next was RM then jimin then Suga D Day tour and then jungkook and V is next which all of there solo was a banger and V solo going to be a banger also it hasn't come out yet waiting on it .they are doing all of this before military service jin and in hope already in the military and the rest of them will follow since it's mandatory that all south Korea men's must serve. You have some very good questions. Each member has been working on solo preparations at their own pace. Some got finished with their’s ahead of the others. While Jin was the first to inlist- J Hope, RM, Jimin and Suga/Agust D have already put out their solo albums (respectively in that order). Waiting on JK and V now to do the same. J Hope has also now inlisted. Thank you for your respect towards them as artists! 💜

Actually they do use them if it's a dance heavy program. But JK was very sick for this performance. Usually he is so fit he doesn't need that kind of mic. Plus he looks deadly this way.

Two have gone in the military so have done there solos already which was Jin and j hope then RM and jimin finished there solos so will go in soonbasically there is only JK and V left to do there solos and then all going in and will all be out together by 2025
