The internet does decelerate people; If you pick up a book you learn concise, dedicated information in a thoroughly well thought out structure. If you look on the net you get a million options, another click and a million more. This is good for finding recipes or how to fix software problems but to learn plumbing, piano, electronics? No.
The way data is structured or even accessed on the net needs to change and that means also accreditation.
