For the first tip, you can not bind it on consoles, unless you use an external program which I am not too sure if it can or can not be done. What you might have to resolve to is learning the inputs manually, by pressing all of them at the same time. It should take a bit of practice to master it. For tip #2, you can switch target during a GB and always throw forward to consistently get the throw direction to wall splat on the other guy. Also, thanks to freeze for letting me know this.

Are the settings for your Tip Nr 1 about different types of option selects not possible on console?
They are, just not sure how you can bind them. You can of course, try them manually but that will take practice to master.
