Love how you list each ingredients and its purpose in each dish; makes for a really interesting and fun video, cheers.
I'd love to get your opinion on more high-end "mainstream" restaurants, like Le Bernardin in NY, Eleven Madison Park, Masa, or Joel Robuchon in Vegas. I love the way you explain the dish and its components.
Also happy to see another video of yours Justin 👌
I really enjoyed that like garnish 😅 What a simple but thoughtful way to just make somthing that everyone does, just alittle different! Also that truffle at the end looked perfect, I love ending dinners with chocolate to clean up your pallet.
If you ever make it to Italy, you should visit the market place restaurant in lake como, or if you are near Switzerland come to Scala in Luzern I work there. We are a fine dining italian style fusion restaurant with one of the best views in the city
Id love to see you go to contra (nyc) That was my first experince and had an amazing time. Also eleven lol because i wanna go there but can't afford it.. Let me live my dreams threw you lol
If you didn’t saw “awww” when he commented on the bar and Anna both being beautiful you have no soul and you’re great for this industry

Helloo Again!
POPOLVUH MN?
Soo dark!
You didn't comment on the service, so i assume it was good. Should have tipped $38. Surely you can afford another $8?
I thought the $30 tip on $190 was cheap too, especially from someone in the industry
Trey Blackiston
I agree Trey!
Lousy tip.
You might not want to advertise the shitty tip that you gave them, especially after doing an entire video on the fact that you liked this restaurant.
