I love the pattern. Easy to follow.
I am 5ft tall and started making this. I wish the size small tutorial was here
It ended up being really long. I didn’t know how to alter the length. My daughter is tall so I will make it for her.
    I enjoyed making it.
I wish however I could adjust the length to know the stitches needed so I could make one for me.

You may not have caught it, but she has put in the tutorial that the finished product is 38 inches. If you wanted to shorten it to 30 inches, you would chain 72 where you join on and 74 with your working yarn after you finish the sleeve. That would make for a total of 208 stitches instead of 264.

Betty Clark do a gauge swatch first. If you’re a small you’re in trouble but if you’re a larger size go with following a smaller size. Your gauge for Rows will be bust measurement. Your stitches will affect length and width of sleeve. Making it shorter is an easy fix but doing a gauge swatch will help you determine the right size for bust.

You are old style crochet because most I watch use the index finger to control the yarn by the way love your cardi and colour cheers 😊

I have been working on this for awhile,I even frogged some of the front panel because they didn't seem to ve the same length even though my stitch count was perfect,I wish I could see a wider angle pic after you completed the front panel to see what it looked like.I did do 10 1/2 wide its the length that I don't get.
