I think this is the one instance where Nintendo not fully owning the IP is a good thing. Unless I'm missing something I don't think Banjo music will be that threatened.
@@Zastralord That's the problem, this has been silently happening with third party games coming on Nintendo's service for three years now. When they released the genesis pack even that caused a bunch of songs to go down, and don't even mention independent third parties like Undertale getting an entire playlist worth of fan remixes and OST rips taken down silently overnight, many still haven't been recovered.

@@Zastralord Yep, this is why legal shenanigans are always so annoying, we know that fair use covers this and even Nintendo of America knows fair use covers this, the only reason why any of this continues to happen is because RUclips refuses to enforce proper copyright takedowns properly and no fan will ever want to get into a multi year long legal battle with a billion dollar company just to prove a legal precedent that will be ignored due to how easy RUclips's system is to file free takedowns anyway.
