Finally after months of waiting here is the ULTIMATE BOOST TUTORIAL for Rayman Legends. Everything you should know is here. You should really watch this video after watching the YBY/YBY UP Tutorial (there's also some Water techniques explained there which includes the 'Water Mega Boost'). I'm really happy there's finally an updated tutorial for BRAKEBOOST (and not BreakBoost) but also for SkidBoost, Coop Boosts, boosts I never explained like Delayed BrakeBoost and finally the newest boosts like the Mini BrakeBoost, PR Boost and WPR Boost! I hope this will help a lot of players in the future!
I finished this video on time because I'm about to go on vacations in few days. In fact it'll be hard to prepare Rayman content from there but I'll try... I can already tell you that my 3 next big videos are respectively: An unannounced project (I already teased some stuff in this video), the 2nd part of the Distance Documentary (it'll be very long lol) and a Summer Invasions Recap! If the Distance Documentary takes much time I'll first release the Summer Invasions Recap then continue the Distance documentary, but the unannounced project is for sure the next video! I don't know if I'll do something for Rayman Legends 10th anniversary, maybe yes but I won't try to spend much time on this.
By the way, do I still play the game? Well I kinda stopped so, will I replay this game? Well not for now xD. I want to focus on RUclips content right now and not the game even if invasions have been so hype lately, this Summer Invasions Recap will not dissapoint you! But yeah since I'll have school from September I'll have less time obviously. Honestly I think I should have a tiny more time than what I used to have for the past 2 years but if I have free time it'll be most likely to make RUclips content. Even if I do these 3 projects and the RL anniversary video, there are still many things I want to do (more Distance documentaries video for example).

The only thing i need- is 1million lums- THEN i got everything. ...the only way i was able to speed myself before is- the punch while running ;-; ...imma try to do what you said- I'll try to practice it :D

It truly takes some hour to learn these tricks and days, days, and days to master them, but with time, you start to get the hang of it. :)

yby spamming is actually one of the best techniques but the v speed is kinda more important than h speed when u wanna do h or v challenges esp climb
V speed can also generate H speed in some context
Yby ups can still be very useful because getting H speed is sometimes necessary, but most of the times you'll need to find a way to keep your V speed. The only exception is tower challenges or level extremely based on height only

Most of this isn't working for me, but it seems I figured out the bone trick with the D-pad on my 360 controller. A bone wall was conveniently placed behind the wind section so I was able to skid mark using the bones to blast me through the wind.
I can do the frame perfect spin relatively well but cannot get YBY down.
And i thought i was good, after seeing all these moves, i need to at least learn lone of them!

Wpr to the left is the same thing but the angle cancel kick is in the opposite direction.

A framespin requires a flat angle, meaning you have to hold the joystick as horizontally as you can. I recommend you use the dpad since they have straight angles (0 or 90 degreees for one button and 45 degrees for two buttons), therefore, you can get 0 degree easily.
The tricky part is the timing: you have to do it on the exact frame you land on the floor, if you do it too late you'll lose momentum, if you do it too early, you'll simply kick in the air.
Practise is the key to mastering framespins. It is very demanding in terms of skills so I'd only recommend you to do it if you have no other choices!
Don't forget to activate ghosts to help you see if you successfully do framespins (if you lose momentum and the ghosts are catching you, you failed it)

@markilloselraymanillo make sure to activate all ghosts! Unfortunately the ghost system sometimes doesn't work well so you need to deal with it...

Ouais le zetu boost. Honnêtement même moi je l'ai jamais fait donc j'ai pas osé le mettre. Peut-être pour une vidéo extension dans quelques années si de nouveaux tricks sont découverts.

Use framespins Se você puder substituir um spindash Se houver um bonewall ou um inimigo, use framespins no início da corrida para grinds mais fáceis, já que você reinicia suas corridas mais cedo para ter uma pontuação melhor de 20m/s

Ce puglin c'est en réalité juste Cheat Engine et c'est sur une fenêtre à part c'est pas ingame (j'ai superposé sur obs le compteur de vitesse et le gameplay). Tu n'as pas besoin du RLCM pour l'itiliser et ça marchera aussi avec.
Malheureusement, je ne crois pas avoir l'autorisation de partager ce puglin.

I played on PC, and this a CheatEngine display made to essentially show the speed. There's a pink background, I had to edit the video to make it transparent.
I can't see these values in the game because they are on another window.
It was originally a private puglin, so I don't think I'm allowed to share it...
when i try to do the wpr boost my character punches instead of kicking what should i do?
It either means:
- You forgot to stop holding the run button
- You should hold right for the walking attack earlier
what are the exact angles for the walking punch boost
also it is extremely hard, how long did it take for you to get it
If going to the right the angle you need is around -113 degrees
Even after several hours of practise I'm far from being consistent with it, but ig you get it with time
Small curiosity. Besides the regular spin dash, how many of these tricks would be available in Rayman Origins?
I'm not 100% certain because I have barely played this game, but if I'm not wrong, all the advice at the beginning of the video also applies to RO (Rayman Origins).
Brakeboost (and Standing PR Boost too, I think) works just fine, but WPR is not possible.
Skidboost is probably very limited in RO since the moveset is really different from RL (Rayman Legends).
I don't remember if any of the coop techniques work, but I know there are more powerful glitches (like the Coop Bubble Glitch) that only work in RO anyway.
Besides all of that, this is not in this tutorial, but yby and Back yby jump are also doable in RO. You can even jump off a regular yby contrary to RL. Yby up aren't possible though.

The servers are working but very unstable, sometimes relaunching the game, doing a story mode level works, or just trying over and over.
There's no real solutions sadly

Ok well.. that means I'll never get a a diamond cup in the challenges. I'm in the top 1000 at least for all the 40second challenges, but now I know why there is still like a 10 second gap between me and the top players
It's never too late to learn those tricks! It takes time and requires motivation, but it's accessible if you really try!

J'ai une question pour le pr boost je ne c'est pas quand jle réussi bien je vais a chaque fois a la mêmes vitesses, j'ai l'impression que tu va plus vite c'est qu'une impression ?
Si tu penses que je vais plus vite, il y a moyen que tu ne cancels pas ton pr assez vite. Si tu parles du wpr, oublie pas l'angle au joystick obligatoire légèrement vers la direction opposée. Pr un standing pr boost (le vieux inutile abec globox) faut juste appuyer vers le bas le plus tôt possible

Il semblerait que ce problème persiste sur PS4 et Xbox One depuis plusieurs jours.
Il est extrêmement compliqué de se connecter même si cela reste possible. Parfois juste en jouant des niveaux dans le mode histoire ça passe mais je pense que c'est plus une coincidence qu'autre chose.
Je pense qu'il faut essayer plusieurs fois, quitte à parfois attendre 5-10min avant de réessayer. Les serveurs vont probablement être fix un moment donné mais jsp qd

Les vidéos types meme j'ai essayé une fois en anglais avec un "Slander" mais c'était pas dingue donc en français c'est mort.
En général je préfère mettre mon contrnu en anglais pour qu'il soit accessible pour tous, avec toujours des sous titres français pour ceux qui le veulent.

However, you're wrong.
We call it a walking punch, not a walking kick. The first thing you must know is that the reason we first use the term punch and not kick is because when wpr was discovered, people just saw it as an evolution of the pr boost (that we know call it standing pr) and this one is with a punch. We had to differentiate the two pr, so we just said when it was the walking attack and when it's the standing attack (or punch)
Secondly, wpr remains a punch except for Rayman, who is the only one doing a kick. The walking punch/attack was mostly used with globox in dojos for yby up, so we kept the word punch.
So yeah, we won't change the name into wkr boost just for Rayman it doesn't make sense.

It's 1% of the number of players so it depends on the performance of the players

I don't understand q.q I'm doing this but I'm only shaving off about 00.20 seconds when attempting this... why is this even a thing in the game.
Also, why are there people on Xbox still playing this game who have 100% the achievements on the game, can you guys stop playing, you've got nothing to prove, you're pros! Move onto another speed run game please.
Let other people get Gold and Diamond for the achievements, instead of screwing us all over with doing ridiculous times and distances who are trying to 100% the achievements on the game please!
