    I've been watching since 2010 when i first moved out on my own. I'm now a mom of 3 expecting number 4 and I STILL make your recipes for my kids at least once every few weeks, they love going through your videos to pick what we are having and even the 12 month old tries to sing, "watch Runnyrunny999".

    I love the small mistakes you make. They are cute, and it is so awesome that you let us see. And the cute sound when the hot pepper went flying! And the face when you said you could use rice instead of rice. Runny-sama, you're the best!

    I first made this dish for my boyfriend when I was 18, now 26 with the same boyfriend and I had almost forgotten about this dish even though it is SO delicious. Since it's hard for me to get fatty thinly sliced beef, this time I'll try it with lean beef that needs to be cooked long until tender, wish me luck😅

    You can also buy beef strips (like you get in stir fry), and I'm sure those would work well also. They'd be a bit chunkier than this, but you could also slice them thinner too.

    I recommend unsalted because since salted butter lasts longer, it's sometimes older and made with older cream even before it hits stores. Salted butter was a miracle when it hit stores a century ago, but now we have refrigerators and you can always freeze leftover butter.

    usualy any produce store if you cant find it though there is a cayenne spice thats dried if you cant find it fresh, might be a slight difference but it'll still taste good =D

  • @WindMaid
    @WindMaid 12 лет назад

    Runny, you should put the dried chili pepper in first, that way it will let it's flavor grow.
    I'm not sure how to explain this but my family uses chilies a lot, it's better to fry it first...
    :D good recipe btw!
