Good recipe. I've used it 10+ times. I do it in the oven in my ceramic Dutch oven. When they're done, I put the ribs on a wire rack to drain them, and put them on the grill with some Q sauce and flip and brush until the sauce gets gummy. Taste is great

I was trying to not do them on a grill or smoker, they were great, but I prefer a dry rub. A lot of times camping, you don’t have all your toys.
