Would be fun to see if the 20w one farts with more power and the speaker not being much bigger (I didn’t check specs but looks to be similar or slight larger in pics). I tried to let Sean know it exists, and he usually sees my comments - but figured you also might be interested in trying it out regardless of whether Sean wants to. 🔊💨💨💨

In the 1970’s I used an old turntable stereo combo, as a practice amp. I can’t remember the brand. I do remember it was listed as, 15 watts. It was better than many, more powerful name brand, amps I’ve used, since then.
Did the same thing! Worked great my uncle used to make pickups from old phone receivers 😂 they didn't do half bad either

Serious Q: I noticed the 10 watt costs $49 on Amazon (some of the colors also have a 10% off coupon). Leo Jaymz also sells a 20 watt amp for 54.99. Any chance you’d get the 20 watt to compare both units? What does like $6 bucks more get?! And does that one fart being that it’s not much bigger and more powerful?! 🔊💨💨💨

It's crazy how good Leo Jaymz stuff is now, especially for the price. $50 for a combo amp that sounds good? Insane.
i just got a ga-20 leo jaymz 20 watt amp with their american flag strat i bought to mod out and it is a kick in the azz as well. same as that 10watt though, the dirty channel is straight mud. i run my amp sims from ableton live 12 though a little $30 bluetooth speaker and that thing rips as well. lots of ways to get cheap or free tones out there. dont be afraid to go cheap :)

This amp is made by, Aroma. Yes, Aroma. Bought one from Temu. But, it is not battery powered, but uses a power adapter, which is supposed to come with the amp. But, mine did not have the power adapter. I was able to try it, as I had a similiar power adapter for something else. Liked the amp, but Temu had no means to send me the adapter, so I returned it. Then, Leo Jaymz started selling these amps on Amazon for less than Team had them for. I like to play cigar box guitars, and that's what I played when I tried the amp out. I'll probably order the LJ version soon. Nice little amp. I do wish it had a battery option. I believe that Pyle sells these on Amazon with Pyle's name on them. One like the amp you have, and one that uses both a power adapter, and/or 6-AA batteries. That one would be great for busking.

It sounds like a good little amp. It punches way above its weight. If you put a flanger and delay on it. Maybe a Rangemaster Treble Boost and turn the treble down. That sounds like Rory Gallagher or Thin Lizzy. From “ Whiskey in the Jar” or Rory’s Irish Tour 74. Really good! They were playing their pedals through a Vox AC30 , old school. I might get this amp for my Granddaughter to play on, she wants to practice in her room and my Peavey Rage is in the family room. Good shredding Trey! Sean and Cathy, yall are thinking of everything.

Great little amp, great guitar, great guitar playing, but those stomp boxes didn't help at all, especially with all the ground noise. The amp's clean and distortion sounded much better on its own. That being said, thanks for another cool video review.
Bro what are you talking about? What ground noise? Those pedals are MILES above the distortion in the amp.

Great video , I think Fender should send you a Charvel San Dimas to review I think there quality is a little better tan the fender Mexico even though there made in the same factory.
To give it an honest wringing, really should pull the speaker leads, clip on alligators and run it into an 8inch or plus cab.

@@joshuabarron8535 hell yes, 10" or 12", and why not a 25 watt 15". Paying attention to ohms, or course. Do a google search on the virtue of 8" speakers in pairs. The original tube fender champ used 8".

I use my pedals with a 10 watt bass amp for at home.
I've only got an old Ibanez 10W bass amp. Not like that one. I think Leo Jaymz also makes a 20W amp that's available for slightly more

It hits strong for 10 watts. If you choose a speaker to replace it, a Celestion is a good choice. I put the Celestion bass amp speaker for 10 watts and it still sounds jangly in my Peavey Rage. I still would like a Rangemaster Treble Boost to even out. Even my granddaughters Epiphone LesPaul Special 2, and any Tele sound great in our 360 sq ft family room. I even hooked the Silvertone ceramic magnet single coils after waxing them and I was surprised how fat it was. I can’t seem to find a Strat style for the Cathybuckers at Ernie’s. But I am looking for a twin H HT string through the body and the good saddles . I ll find one. I really wanted to buy the blue sparkle HH HT , that is the one bitch-barrel of guitar for the money. I wanted to buy it and send you my pickups. Hearing them yesterday on the live stream, nothing but those white buckers will do. You are the master luthier of my life time. Thank you and Cathy for opening your dreams to us! I want to be a part of it! When you call that neck an old friend, I understand. Thank you both and to be part of the Scarred Nation is an honor.

Great playing and nice guitar, but amp? Maybe alright but I need to hear it with an average guitar and not-so great playing though it sounds way better than you expect for a tiny speaker and ten solid state watts. Enjoyed hearing and seeing your reaper in action.

Love that Trey was going for that Blackberry Smoke-ish sound! Dang shame that you have to beat around a bands sound or risk a Strike! I would welcome people playing my songs on RUclips! Bands like The Eagles, who Strike everyone, will be totally forgotten in 30-40 years. Because no one will have heard or learned to play their music online, where everyone learns songs today.
Sad but true. I think if they., "He" came out and said "You can do all of our stuff you want and we'll split the ad revenue with the creators", they would gain a whole new generation of today and tomorrow. Not only them but the rest of the artist who are striking content as well. We can only hope.
That guitar could sound like any guitar I'm sure. What a value hard to find these days.
Hard to mess up a a clean tone, so no question about it's ability there Sean, but the crunch tone was okay-ish at best. Sounded like a 70's or 80's Rock amp put through a small 50's combo. Even the Blackstar Fly 3 sounds better with it's miniscule speakers. No disrespect to Leo Jaymz, awesome company, but this is just some low-quality OEM stuff repacked with their name on it. Don't bother with this dribble, get a better amp, you don't have to spend a fortune! There are great budget amps out there on the used market with plenty of videos showing how great they can sound when dialed in, such as old Peavey Rage or Bandit, or vintage 80's Gorrilla amps (the Tube Cruncher version, not the normal ones with that abysmal fuzz tone) Johan Segeborn did a video on those for any doubters with horrid memories of the non-TC amps they put out! \m/

Sean, I just noticed the BT (Bluetooth) button Engaged on the amp. Is that how you piped the audio in the camera's audio? Or did the camera's mic pick up the room audio? Either way, the amp demo was FIRE! And YES, that would make an AWESOME clean lil recording amp to take with you to the next session!!! Thank you and Trey for sharing!
