Clearly he either doesn’t know the foggiest about SDB’s and other weapons that have been developed with the increasing prevalence of highly urbanised low intensity conflicts where minimising collateral damage has become all more important. Or he is just carrying water for the IDF. There is a version of the Hellfire missile fired from the Apache which does not contain an explosive warhead at all but rather blades all in the name of efficient killing with minimal impact to civilian areas.
