I have a far infrared heat lamp. It used instead of Moxa in acupuncture. Far infrared has a arm and adjustable height. I responded so well in session I bought my own Chinese TOP lamp. It feels like the heat one feels when in direct sun. It’s useful for muscle spasm and penetrating blood flow to heal chronic pain I have in my rotoscoliosis and bilateral hip pain.
I bought a Thermotex through the Canadian company years ago,....before this video was put out. It has helped me with so many issues. I would not want to be without mine. Loved the video Bob & Brad!
Thank you for the info about Thermotex. I used your promo code and purchased a platinum for my rheumatoid arthritis. I use on my ankles, feet, wrists, knees. Love it. It really helps. It’s not a heat that burns or feels uncomfortable. I keep it on my joints for hours while I work, watch tv, read, in bed. I love warmth so i also use a heated throw that I purchased at Costco for the joints that I am not using the Thermotex on. I use the Thermotex as part of my therapy. I also take supplements and eat whole foods plant based as much as possible, avoiding gluten and dairy and limiting sugar.
I love me some Bob and Brad. Looking into this devise at your recommendation for the past few days and have about decided to go to your link and order - for my birthday. I used to want gold jewelry but old age has changed my taste to platinum. Thanks and blessings 2 you 2 wonderful men. p
If you put a hot water bottle on your muscle, it acts as a radiant heat source as well as a conductor. The hot water bottle is essentially behaving like an infrared light bulb, except it is against your skin, so in conducts as well. They are only $3
And they only work on surface tissue. Did you not hear them discuss that the 850nm wavelength LEDs penetrate 2.36" into the muscle and joint where they stimulate NO production and mitochondria growth and up-regulate genes that deal with tissue health? You don't get that from a hot water bottle whether it costs 3 cents, 3 dollars or 300 dollars.
Wish I'd bought one of these, instead I bought one from UTK, got it last Saturday 2/6/22, used it for two hrs for 4 days on 5th day it stopped working. Saved up to get it as I'm disabled and not employed. So disheartened.
I have severe facial pain, and a regular heating pad burns my ears, even on low. I also have several titanium platings and screws in my face. I'm going to look into getting one of these infrared heating pads.
I bought this product on Amazon and was not impressed at all. It bothered my neck because it was so hard it was like laying on a rock! It does not bend to conform around the neck area, one can only lay flat on it. The infared heating pad was extremely expensive at $219 for the platinum model. So, it was returned. I think that there are better options out there.
Hi there do you think this would be a good option for my brother. He has terrible spinal stenosis. It is pretty debilitating. He is also getting surgeries for it but I feel like this could really help him. What do you guys think?
If I had to choose between this IR heat pad and the Pure-wave massager (for neck, upper back & shoulder & ankle pain), which would you say would work better? I wish I could buy all the options you recommend!!
Thank you for your reply! If both the IR heating pad and Pure-wave were to be used in the same area, would it be more effective to use the IR pad first?
@@majestic6303 The IR heat pad wasn't hot enough & was difficult to keep in place, and the Pure-wave massager didn't help much either. I got a Relax far IR sauna a few weeks ago, and I love it! It's hot enough for me to sweat, so it's muscle-relaxing & good for detox. Calming, and good for sleep if you do it at night. Highly recommend. How ironic that my post is 3 years old, and I just got my sauna 2 months ago (I got the one with the chair). Good timing for you!!
I was trying to strengthen my shoulder using a resistance band. I found doing the classic external rotation exercise with the band resulted in my shoulder having impingement like symptoms the next day, especially when reaching across my body. Any idea why this is?
I got zero relief for my SI Joint with a regular heating pad but some relief with my far infrared pad. Love the positive quotes at the beginning of your videos 😀
What is your opinion on Infra Red Sauna's? I've been contemplating getting one. I have pinched nerves as well as arthritis in my neck and hands. I do daily stretches, but thought infra red light therapy would also be helpful? What do you think?
Thank you. What makes this particular brand better than others. Others seem to be more pliable so as to mWold more easily also this is one of the more costly. What makes it worth the added cost?
Is it possible to use infrared hear anf alternate with ice it does it cancel out the good effect because I read that you shouldn't take antiinflammatory pills with infra red heat treatment.
I am wondering what you guys think of the Migun bed sysyems? I own a clinical massage practice and we are looking to add infrared to our product list. I have not tried the thermotex but I am open tonit.
You guys had my respect until you started doing infomercials like this. The company does not say what frequency the infrared heating pad works at…..and if it doesn’t work, the person is out $200!

What kind of carry-able portable batteries can i use🤔🙄🕵🙏?
This reminds me of Tim Allen's tool time, only with physical therapy.
Thats right tim

I just bought the platinum model for me, and another for my mom. I cannot understand why none of my doctors or PTs have recommended infrared light.
Great question. They are probably so used to recommending big pharma. Natural aids and supplements don't get the credit they deserve in my opinion.

Strongly suggest you contact the company. They should fix or replace.
I like that message written on the intro.
I thought in one of these videos you offered a discount code on the Thermotek?
I have severe facial pain, and a regular heating pad burns my ears, even on low. I also have several titanium platings and screws in my face. I'm going to look into getting one of these infrared heating pads.
thanks for the promo code and the demonstration. Just ordered one for my shoulder pain

B&B
I am on the thermatek site and the pet pad is cheaper and bigger than the platinum us the heat waves different. If I use the pet one.
Is infrared heat better or gun massager for upper neck back pain?
I thought infrared had to be 18 inch from the skin. How does that work from stuff you strap on.
I have a suspected disc herniation at L5 S1. You once said if the pain goes from your back, but stays in foot that that was a bad sign. Why?
Sciatica nerve damage
You guys are so famous and so awesome! Haha keep up the awesome videos
Great vid guys keep em comming
Nice video 👍 keep up the good work

It's called "bone spurs"
Thank You very much for the info.
What about someone who is taking a blood thinner like Eloquist, they bleed easy
I got zero relief for my SI Joint with a regular heating pad but some relief with my far infrared pad. Love the positive quotes at the beginning of your videos 😀
Would you guys mind doing a E-stim video with the different parameters and types of e-stim? Thanks.
physicaltherapyvideo thanks a bunch!

Did you get one?
We have a sleep number bed and kind of nervous to used on this mattress. Has anyone used it with this type mattress? Did it damage it or no problems?
Used an infrared heating pad on my back. I feel not a bit better from it after only 2 uses, do I need much more of it?
Can you sit in sun and take direct heat
I need contact information for the company-I ordered through their site then through Amazon

do you know about the life wave patches
I am wondering what you guys think of the Migun bed sysyems? I own a clinical massage practice and we are looking to add infrared to our product list. I have not tried the thermotex but I am open tonit.
Hi thanks for share, which would you consider best, laser or infrared therapy?
Would this work for pain relief with any one with spinal fusion?
I have 1 neurostimulator in my neck & another in my lumbar spine. Can I not use this product on my back?
Promo code ?
A chiropractor told me to use an inversion table for my disc problem. Any opinions on that?
walking with ankle weights also helps to elongate. I found this very helpful.
I have one and use it regularly. I have several bulging lumbar discs and one herniated lumbar disc. I find it gives me relief and is very worthwhile

Can't thank you enough
Lost me at "sponsored."
Same here

It has coils? What? Does it have 660nm LEDs and 850nm LEDS? If so, what the he** are coils for?
what would happen if brad went beserk and busted up bob and trashed the room
🥳🤣🤣
Or vice versa
Does this heating pad emit radiation?
No
Brad & Bob, already have 2!
I just purchased the Platinum....was told it was more flexible to use.

NOT PRICEY AT ALL!!
