I had this glitch on F1 2013 where the after a safety car that the ai triggered down at turn 11 (I believe it's turn 11 correct me if I'm wrong, the corner where the ai are notorious for losing their front wings) and on the restart the remaining cars (I think 4 retired due to the accidents) all ghosted the entire race and never had to do a pit stop and got disqualified for not using 2 compounds. Yeah it was weird. I was the only finisher, Icame across the line in 6 or 7 I think
