This is pretty much my top 4 UK coasters, but now I'd swap SAW for Oblivion! Here's my top 10; 1.) SAW 2.) STEALTH 3.) SPEED 4.) PEPSI MAX BIG ONE 5.) Nemesis 6.) Colossus 7.) Oblivion 8.) Megafobia 9.) Velocity 10.) Kumali
Rita is advertised as 100, But thats in KPH, where stealth is advertised at 80, thats in MPH. Stealth is KPH is 120. If stealth was any slower it would never make it over the 205ft hill!
Gethin wat a wimp, have to say though that I've riden that ride and it's bloody intense but I managed to put my hands in the air even if I was crapping it inside!
I'm the ginger guy in the background of speed, and I've known Kyren (the guy that went on speed with Konnie) since I was 3. I really am him!!! I went on Speed 7 times in a row

He actually says 'I don' know if i can do this'. It's jus the way he says 'if i can' that you've mistaken for him swearing. One other thing... Why is it that both Blackpool (it still says it on the signs) and Blue Peter still reckon the Pepsi Max big one is the 'tallest in europe'? It's not... It hasn't been for 6 years now!!! It's also a really rubbish ride that has very little actual interest after the 1st drop and no airtime whatsoever. (ok... I've finished ranting now.)
I think the new best 4 coasters in the uk are : 1. The Smiler , Alton Towers 2. Nemesis , Alton Towers 3. Revolution , Blackpool Pleasure Beach 4. The Ultimate , Lightwater Valley
I'm sorry but these kids aren't enthusiasts, I bet they don't even know maufacturers or anything like that. The kid hadn't been on speed, she had only been on stealth 20 times, they ALL screamed as if they weren't used to it.
Ik. Their pulses before the rides are mostly very high. According to blue fire at Europa park, my pulse was 72 before, I wasn't worried or scared at all!!

Speed wasn't the first beyond vertical drop roller coaster! It was one of the first! The first one was in a bon bon land

Vertical drop is 90° - Speed has a drop of 97° so it's more than vertical, the drop goes in on itself

They didn’t copy each other, they are just the same model. The layouts and themes are both quite different.

Claudette they should of put the girl on nemesis instead of oblivion, still one of the best rides in the world and was opened in 1994
