The original version of 1954 was the scariest godzilla because he isn't shown as a hero, he's shown as a symbol of destruction. The 1955 godzilla is more of a fighting one, but his design looks pretty terrifying.
This fcking stare in a black and white photograph makes this video more terrifying. If there was an a analog horror version of Kong, it would be also fcking terrifying, especially if they use the 1933 model, that already had a weird looking face typical of an 1930s animatronic, if this happens i would be terrified because the first King Kong movie gave me nightmares when i was younger.
The first two Godzilla movies were no joke for Godzilla up until like after King Kong vs Godzilla that’s where they made him act more human like, until the Heisei series came along.
Imagine just escaping a city as this Godzilla out of nowhere just turns to you like that, as if he knew you were there the whole time but just didnt care to kill you just yet. Godzilla's Animal like maw stretches upward to create a smile that both looks human but also far too deranged to be made by a human. You both hold this moment he stares into your soul maliciously, the adrenaline in your body amping up by the second. You go insane within the next second, god it felt like a year. As Godzilla remains staring at you, you cannot look away, you slowly start to hallucinate that the world around Godzilla's face becomes more and more inconceivable, as if it was turning into a nightmarish flutter of bright, dark and saturation. After what seemed like an eternity, you are finally blessed with unconsciousness. You awaken later on in a metallic underground inhabited by what remains of the human race. world outside that was once your own, now it is an inescapable, dark, dirty, red plain of suffering. You aren't even glad that this satanic beast had spared you, for now you are doomed to sit in place with the others that lost their minds, unable to stop thinking about what had just unfolded in your last moments of true life. You realise and appreciate the far gone moment where you fainted like a small rodent, you realise that the unconsciousness was the last moment of being away from this world. Now you are doomed to stay here on the edge of insanity forever, unable to communicate.
There's something about that first roar that's just so primally terrifying. It sounds distant, and yet, like it could still just as easily kill you from that distance as it could from right in front of you. Conceptually Godzilla is such a horrifying entity. An invincible beast god, enraged by the atrocities that man has committed, seeking its instinctual revenge on the world. Man is the true monster, Godzilla is merely our divine punishment.
keep in mind the 50s godzilla was made only to show the horror and chaos the americans caused back in ww2 with the nagasaki and hiroshima incident,at that time godzilla was basically the monstrous physical form of the pain and suffering of all the japanese people back in ww2 ps:Btw godzilla's skin was also intentionaily(or coincidentaly) designed to look like the burned and scorched flesh of the hiroshima and nagasaki victims due to the radiation of the nuclear bombs

"Godzilla got the light-skin stare"
But is SCARED light-skin stare
W rizz
What a roar and man that stare...it looks directly in my soul!!!
Genuinely, my greatest fear is being in a dark hallway and then seeing something like that pop out of the darkness
The first two Godzilla movies were no joke for Godzilla up until like after King Kong vs Godzilla that’s where they made him act more human like, until the Heisei series came along.
The image makes this even more scary
Make a giant beast into horror is kinda wired in some way. But seriously. I love the roar.
Give this man an Oscar
@@malikaibarnes9551 aw, people are so nice sometimes.
@@stolenalt No problem!
Imagine hearing this while tryna sleep 0:01

Fun fact, godzillas roar was made by dragging a tar glove down a chellos strings
There aren't many people that see it but 1954 is possibly the most terrifying godzilla film out there
keep in mind the 50s godzilla was made only to show the horror and chaos the americans caused back in ww2 with the nagasaki and hiroshima incident,at that time godzilla was basically the monstrous physical form of the pain and suffering of all the japanese people back in ww2
ps:Btw godzilla's skin was also intentionaily(or coincidentaly) designed to look like the burned and scorched flesh of the hiroshima and nagasaki victims due to the radiation of the nuclear bombs
@@skullboybrazil2583 that doesn't change how good it was
@@bishopsylvester8120 ikr,i was just mentioning a fact about the roots of the 50s godzilla, matter of fact i'm a huge fan of godzilla and its movies when i was a kid(and i still like it to this day)
Omg that thing is just what keeps me up all night and when I’m sleeping alone..I feel like it’s right there watching me
This dude's scarier than even fking Shin!
I've had a nightmare and some early morning allucinations after seeing this image:
I had a dream about this nextbot like thing that used the same image as this video's thumbnail, that only moves when you weren't looking at it. It was so fucked up i swear...
Then, in esrly morning, i woke up after this nightmare, and i kept seeing that thing in the hallway that leads to my room, in another room staring at me, but he was small and slowly as it approached me, it grew bigger.
This night was absolutley terrible thanks to this image
Lemme guess, your bedroom is only a hallway across from the laundry room
@@Patriot2814 kinda, my room is at the opposite side of the bathroom, and since my door wasn't fully shut, I remember seeing that thing peeking from the only part of the bathroom i could see.
That expression is like the Majoras Mask moon where its funny, scary, and pained looking all at once.
Omg those eyes… I will never see Godzilla the same again. I’m literally dying looking at that face. He is on something else.
Make Godzilla scary again! The closest we got was with Anno's versionm
He doesn’t scare me tho, what creeps me out is the way he looks at me
This scared the crap out of me
It's mainly the image that makes this unsettling
3 seconds in, my spine, my organs, my heart, and my soul want to exit this reality NOW.
13/13 real scary shit.
imagine it's like 3:36am and you just finished Godzilla raids again and you go to sleep and in the morning you wake up and din in the corner of your room you see this thing!
So i like to go outside at night due to me finding it calming and usually not terrifying, but as of me typing this im constantly looking around my shoulder because i feel like THAT THING is gonna pop up behind me when i least expect it
Out of all the Analog horrors out there, this one was the most terrifying to me.
Like, the way it just stares at you gives you this uneasy vibe, and the LORE of this series is very creepy.
Im probably going to have nightmares tonight
For some reason it reminds me of trollface like FR that's the face Godzilla would make when he's about to commit a miniscule amount of tomfoolery
"Tomfoolery"
For some reason, most videos like this use the "Godzilla raids again" design.
May be because of the strange expression on his face, which really does look a little cursed.
Was godzilla even supposed to be this scary?

after looking at this, I'm starting to think that every Gojira 1954 I've killed in kaiju universe is going to haunt me as my nightmare
This makes me want a analog horror Godzilla series some time
Godzilla 1955 is the scariest design
Just imagine you're the only living person in the devastating attack on the city you wake up and see this staring at you
