You know what's funny, I don't believe I've EVER gotten through one of your videos when I put my head down at night, esp as I'm grieving the loss of my father. It's so very hard watching him, in my mind taking those last breaths. Every. Single. Day. 💔
You really are wonderful. I mean that.
My sons father passed on Sunday tho we were no longer in contact (abusive relationship long time ago) and it just feels very strange as I'd spent years loving him, despite his wrongdoing to myself and my son. Very hard to pinpoint how I feel.

Listened to this twice already today and experienced great peace... After the first time, I had a conversation with someone who upset me and made my heart pound as I'm extremely sensitive and unwell at the moment... I listened again to this meditation and my peace was restored and my heartbeat returned to normal.

This was an excellent meditation Crystal! I felt connected to Mama Earth and had a visual of myself as a tree, deeply rooted in the soil swaying graceful as the wind blew through my limbs and branches. At one with the earth and at peace. Amazing! ❤✨️

I truly felt the resistence melt from me and I realized how blocked I had been and ungrounded. My intentions were to realize what was making me feel this utter exhaustion and un motivation for life or if it’s just physical affects. I was resisting the things I feel obligated to do, and was told to do things that feel aligned with my primal soul. Taking aligned action. I saw the fathers of the planets you mentioned and one of them was a native man and he told me to “go primal”. I would feel most aligned if I just be outside, prioritize my spirituality and state of mind and live slowly. I needed this meditation so much more than I knew. At the beginning I felt fear come up, then when you said to simply release it I just allowed it to release and felt more at ease. I’m grateful for the fear I’ve felt and the emotions and blockages that have come up. I’m grateful for you; for myself and for the universe, for the elements for being the best teachers, and for the full moon in Capricorn. Here for all the lessons ❤

HappyAlmost FullMoon 🌕 2 Days Before Update : Yesterday after my Kundalini Soundbath Energy Meditation Session , after meeting 2 wonderful beautiful Souls there and drinks and many hours later.. i came home wanted to finish my food since i am going on a 36hour Fast that ends at 16:05 but I’m prolonging it until 6 and maybe even sunset .. i’m not Hungry i digress… my food processor had some issues i was like Okay the other appliance also I Said Okay I Will Do My Full moon Meditation🙏🏽 it was Again Wonderful.. after that went for a walk and i was looking for the moon but the moon wasn’t There i was Like Okay… Weird 😳😅🙃🐰 has anyone else Noticed the disappearance of the moon Yesterday?
