I was expecting the bumper to be black but I honestly don’t think it looks bad white! I’d keep it for awhile!
Zach Mckenzie yeah I wasn’t sure what I was going to do but I decided to try the white first cuz it’ll be easier to cover with black if I change my mind. If I went with black first it would be harder to cover with white
That is a nice looking bumper. Id say that the bumper would probably look better in black, matching the grill and headlights

Honestly I think they were designed to only work with the light pods “move bumpers” sells, and those are expensive!! 😂
I fixed them now though. They’re still mounted on the top but I flipped the bracket so now the lights are right behind the cut-out🤘🏻🔥💯

Thanks man! It’s from Move Bumpers and I believe it was $550. But it came in pieces and I had to assemble, weld, and paint it myself.
What bolts did you use for your mounts

Did one of these for a different truck and doing one for a 7.3 now. I found that for the light pod brackets they should have the mounting holes for the lights to the outside of the bumper. So you just have them like inside out if that makes sense.
Yeah that makes sense! I struggled with the instructions on those and couldn’t figure out how they go. Maybe one day I’ll fix it 😂
I was wondering, when you first bolt the mounting bracket would it be better to install the bolts from the rear of the bracket with the nuts toward the front for easier removals in the future
I’m not sure and can’t exactly remember right now since it’s been awhile. But I’ve removed and reinstalled the bumper several times and never had an issue 👍🏻 you can try out both ways and see which way works best for you.

I definitely think the time can be cut down a lot if you have some help. Even one extra person would probably make a huge difference. I did that’s all by myself so that’s probably why it took as long as it did. Not to mention filming and setting up the camera and the narrating makes everything take way longer
I am thinking tomorrow I’ll tack weld it together… and then have my cousin finish it up… professionally…. Lol

I feel your pain on a whole other level. Welded up a complete custom bumper for K5 Blazer made of tubular steel. Finished all the welds and realized one of the angles was off. There goes your sanity.

Yo! I drive a 2002 but it has the 2006 Front Bumper, HeadLights and Grill on it now, Should I get the MOVE Bumper specified for the 2006 or for a 2002?
Dalton Rabon I would think 2002. The existing bumper will be removed completely and the bumper will be built off your frame. I have 2006-2008 headlights now and it didn’t make a difference at all. The move bumper still fits the same 🤘🏻

You need to throw some shackles through those pull points. It will give you big open pull points. Sometimes off road it’s easier to hook to a shackle than to a eye. Plus shackles will give you more range on pulling. A hook can break if you pull it the wrong way

Thank you bro!! I do still have the old lift, but it’s just my old leaf springs and a few steering components. A lot of the stuff from the original lift went into the new lift. Like the drop shackles for example. I think the leaf springs are 2 inch over stock in the front and 6 inches for the rear.

Pretty good looking bumper, I wish the ends of the bumper would more match the concave of the wheel well. Plus maybe you can just paint the bottom part of the bumper underneath the hooks and on the bottom sides black so it won't have so much emphasis on the size of the bumper... love the white on white color scheme tho...

I might suggest a small light bar behind the bumper that would light the move up in blue. Also whenever you trademark your logo, maybe in white on your center caps. Looks good though, nice and clean! Plus size dual steering stabilizer now that you have this bumper which allows you to see more of the front undercarriage dual stabilizer is going to look killer can probably paint the socks White that would really Set It Off not only does the stabilizer work great it looks really cool

@@NoHalfAss I just installed the Summit Racing 4" exhaust on my dually, it's a nice system, good price point plus they are about a hour from my house so I just picked it up. The truck sounds great, sounds different than my 01 7.3L that has a FLo-Pro system, and honestly the truck at idle has a tiny bite of a Cummins sound.

It looks badass I think the mounts cut them off and make it so that the holes are right up against the back side of the plate and then weld it right there so that the two Mount holes are right at the front of the frame and then light should fit there let me know about the other bumper still interested
