I get a lot of flack for being a Christian and being a Ghost fan. But hey,its better than the mainstream music. I like to think of Ghost as a dark themed Tran Siberia Orchestra. They have talent and creativity and I admire that.
I bought the deluxe edition here in the US at a Best Buy store, and it came with a full booklet with all the artwork, as well as two additional tracks. I'm guessing that's the difference between the regular and deluxe. Worth the extra couple dollars if you ask me.
