I told to her that I don’t agree and she said that after 40 you can’t build up body with calisthenics. Well she doesn’t know calisthenic. What would you comment about? I prefer body weight combines with some weights if needed as we discussed last year with you. She says also that I need hormones as tablet.
Hi man! Well, it depends on what kind of body you want to build and what she considers ideal... Obviously you can't look like a bodybuilder by doing calisthenics, but who wants to look like that nowadays?
I'm confused Anthony with what is the difference between warm up exercises, stretching exercises and calisthenics. Are they all one in the same or different with characteristics of each other?
