INGREDIENTS
1 cup pancake mix
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1/2 to 1 cup of water
DIRECTION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until smooth and creamy
Hit up and oil the pan
Pour pancake mix into the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, flip the pancake over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, and the pancake will be ready and golden color, then remove from heat and serve with your favorite syrup and toppings

DIRECTIONS
