Orlando is such a good situation for him. Same as Dallas was for Dirk. With even more potential as Dirk. Better Defender, Better passer, and while he seems calm, you can see swag. Healthy ego, potential to say „I am the man“ at any time while still be able to sacrifice this position if necessary. I feel this was Dirks biggest weakness. His ego was to small. That one year he had that, the Mavs won the chip. Franz has that, and the fact he has paolo from the get go has to let Magic fans be exited. Let them develop another two years together and they will be in the discussion for the best duo in the league
