Sephora is not selling the pour femme for some reason but I will definitely go to Neiman’s to sample it . So glad to see Gucci going that route for making niche quality fragrances. Sebastian I checked this and you are right it's really lovely. Have issues with longevity though but smells wonderful. I bought it. Just couldn't get enough of the smell. Both my hubby and I can wear it for sure although he has the men's and I use that once in a while so both are very shared releases.

Love this Scent, the bottle glass color completely threw me off, as if it would be a powerhouse "musk" but it turned out to be youthful, fruity, and woodsy, not like the fruity celebrity Ariana Grande style. The best thing that I found is the scent starts out a minute 3 and stays the same to my nose, in other words, there is no real development but very good for several hours with an arm's length silage. As a man, personally, I would not wear this. I kind of could see where the masculine part comes in, but better suited for youthful female spirits.
The only Gucci fragrance I have is in a travel sized atomizer someone gifted me back in the 80s and has resided, unused, in an old briefcase. I've never smelled any recent ones from Gucci, about time to familiarize myself with the brand.

i just smelled a magazine insert of this, and you're right! it is a very unisex scent. what excited me most was the first thing i thought was tom fords black orchid and how i very much enjoy its uniqueness. not that they smell the same, it just gave me possibility of men wearing too. the reason i'm comparing it to black orchid is this one could be a fruitier, but less potent version of black orchid. yup, totally different composition. just both lean towards the niche preference. hope to win a sample so i can REALLY test this one out. I got out of this what I wanted out of Gucci Guilty and Guilty Intense but which they just never delivered. It felt like something was missing. Guilty Absolute Pour Femme has actual presence. And it's sexy.

Thanks for the review, Sebastian. Just tested Gucci Guilty Absolute pour femme today. Even compared both of them side by side. On my cold skin pour femme is very linear. It stays the same from the opening to the base. The most predominat notes are blackberry and rose. It's a very good perfume, but not unique. It somewhat reminds me of Lalique Amethyst. You've mentioned Pour femme can be worn by man, too. Can Gucci Guilty Absolute pour homme be worn by a woman? If I had to choose one will definitely choose the homme version, being a woman myself. It's a masterpiece. Keep up the great work. I enjoy your videos a lot.

I don't ever wear perfumes but sometimes I try out the samples I'm given and that's what I did today. Now I'm considering buying it, but based on my first impression it doesn't last, that's why I'm here on youtube looking for reviews. It's s big deal for me because I've only ever liked one perfume before, I tell myself I'm gonna repurchase it eventually but in the meantime ten years has gone by. It makes sense that I'm attracted to this gucci absolute pour femme thought, as I'm always more drawn to men fragrances even though I won't commit to wearing them (I'm a girl and a bit shabby).

This sounds very interesting! Considering how different GG Absolute is, I'd love to see how this one does. Now I've never been a fan of layering fragrances, but I'd be curious to see how the fruitiness if Pour Femme could fare with the dryness of Pour homme.

I was really glad to discover it. It is definitely something unique for a designer perfume. Firstly, it was heady and sexy, animalic totally love it. but it changed in 30 minutes and that fruity-berry scent turned cloying. To me it's awesome in the opening and then it just doesn't work on me cause it's too berry. definitely thumbs up to this one. OH! AND ON ME IT IS A BEAST! very long lasting and it projects like crazy;) very loud on me. how strange that it works so differently on us. maybe on the man it is softer...

Hey Sebastian, unfortunately I did not love Gucci Guilty Absolute. The initial spray on my skin, and for around 20 minutes, I was in love! However, once it had dried down, the love I had was completely gone. It smelt so powdery and forgettable. All that beautiful freshness comppletely disappeared. I wish the patchouli came through, but alas, it did not. Glad that I waited before rushing back to grab a bottle, as I would jave been sorely disappointed. You win some, you lose some.
GGabsolute pour home has become my signature scent. when I found out Alberto Morillas was crafting a Gucci parfum I said , its gonna be awesome. Id like to have a sample of pour femme to turn on a few galfriends to this amazing fragrance.... I don’t get fruit. I smell spice and powder and something that reminds me of Paris. I really like it! I think the longevity is not great however... I just have a sample so far.
I do enjoy fragrances with fruity notes in it and one fragrance that I tried out recently by Hendley called amora made up of stone fruit and mixed berry notes in the top is one that I enjoy. Longevity is pretty good on my skin(about 7-8 hours) and projection is average(1-2 hours). I love the presentation of Gucci guilty absolute pour femme and the note composition. First time I heard of this one. What fascinates me about this fragrance is that it has golden wood in it which I never heard of in fragrances. I don't know why every perfumer thinks women like fruit. All the bath bombs are fruit, too. I don't like to smell like food. With that said, I fell for Guerlain's LPRN. I also like Perfumology Blyss and Tauerville Fruitchouli Flash. So, patch with fruit can bring it! I like the idea of it becoming green and rosy and woody. That sounds good. I'm in Ohio.

Sebastian, have you tried Olympic Orchids Blackbird? It's a wonderful berried forest woody green scent. Ellen Covey sells very inexpensive samples on her website. Btw, L'ombre Dans L'eau is my second favorite fragrance ever. Nothing, however, can top my beloved POAL. Would love to sample this, I'm in York Pa.

I love Alberto Morillas, he imagines very unique, very special fragrances for designers (Pleasures, Flower by Kenzo, PI etc.) and for niche brands (Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ? by Kilian...). His creations are audacious and absolutely not "mainstream". I going to try this one when he comes out in France. Thanks !
I love Bloom and I love this. I'm a sucker for a designer release that fits a particular aesthetic and Michele’s vision seems really evident here, playful, confident and vibrant but also referential with a good dose of irony. That Blackberry note is just a joy, it’s clear and youthful, but I also get plenty of that slightly bitter cypress behind it that gives a 70’s nod for me, as do his collections (OK they have more than a nod). I love that this starts out so juicy and pure but becomes sexier as the ‘goldenwood’, whatever that is, kicks in. That’s when I get more peppery spice and amber and it becomes more unisex. The idea that it’s linear is odd to me because while it doesn’t have a long development there’s certainly a progression. I suppose the blackberry does hang around (no complaints). I have patchouli issues but here it’s perfect, not sour but just the right base layer for everything else to dance around on. It's really fab.
I bought the Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Homme for my bf. It smells yummy and sexy like I could not stop sniffing it. I love the leather in it and its an addictive scent I want my bf to wear. As for the women’s version, I smelled it yesterday at Nordstrom. I really love it. I think it would be a great winter scent. I will probably buy it for myself. I like fruity florals and leather scents. Can you do a review on the new Bottega Veneta L’Absolu? I can’t find reviews and I can’t wait to try it. I have the original BV perfume. The pour homme version is atrocious. I don't mind animalic, cuir d'arabie starts off fecal, but the leather that emerges 30 minutes in is on point. The Gucci is just not blended well, and it stays fecal throughout. I will try the pour femme, but I have long ago given up hope of expecting anything decent from Gucci.

Don't. The pour homme version is a barf fest. I couldn't scrub it off fast enough after trying it. The intense oud is a scrubber as well.

GGabsolute pour home has become my signature scent. when I found out Alberto Morillas was crafting a Gucci parfum I said , its gonna be awesome. Id like to have a sample of pour femme to turn on a few galfriends to this amazing fragrance.... I so love the direction that Gucci took . totally different from all the ambergre that everyones taking on, to me that's not cool going on hypetrain and bandwagons...and because of that I cant thank Gucci enough. I don’t get fruit. I smell spice and powder and something that reminds me of Paris. I really like it! I think the longevity is not great however... I just have a sample so far.

This cologne excites me cause i really like fruity cologne it gives of a playful and fun vibe. And I would love a sample I live in Illinois
I do enjoy fragrances with fruity notes in it and one fragrance that I tried out recently by Hendley called amora made up of stone fruit and mixed berry notes in the top is one that I enjoy. Longevity is pretty good on my skin(about 7-8 hours) and projection is average(1-2 hours). I love the presentation of Gucci guilty absolute pour femme and the note composition. First time I heard of this one. What fascinates me about this fragrance is that it has golden wood in it which I never heard of in fragrances. Very curious to try this out even though it’s marketed to women. Thanks for the opportunity Sebastian. New York, USA.

I don't know why every perfumer thinks women like fruit. All the bath bombs are fruit, too. I don't like to smell like food. With that said, I fell for Guerlain's LPRN. I also like Perfumology Blyss and Tauerville Fruitchouli Flash. So, patch with fruit can bring it! I like the idea of it becoming green and rosy and woody. That sounds good. I'm in Ohio.

Sebastian, have you tried Olympic Orchids Blackbird? It's a wonderful berried forest woody green scent. Ellen Covey sells very inexpensive samples on her website. Btw, L'ombre Dans L'eau is my second favorite fragrance ever. Nothing, however, can top my beloved POAL. Would love to sample this, I'm in York Pa.

Hi this is targeted to ladies but I find it very unisex. Men can wear this one for sure! Get a sample and test it out it's fruity with rose and patchouli. I think it's perfect in the summer! :)

Great video, so precise ! I love Alberto Morillas, he imagines very unique, very special fragrances for designers (Pleasures, Flower by Kenzo, PI etc.) and for niche brands (Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ? by Kilian...). His creations are audacious and absolutely not "mainstream".

I love Bloom and I love this. I'm a sucker for a designer release that fits a particular aesthetic and Michele’s vision seems really evident here, playful, confident and vibrant but also referential with a good dose of irony. That Blackberry note is just a joy, it’s clear and youthful, but I also get plenty of that slightly bitter cypress behind it that gives a 70’s nod for me, as do his collections (OK they have more than a nod). I love that this starts out so juicy and pure but becomes sexier as the ‘goldenwood’, whatever that is, kicks in. That’s when I get more peppery spice and amber and it becomes more unisex. The idea that it’s linear is odd to me because while it doesn’t have a long development there’s certainly a progression. I suppose the blackberry does hang around (no complaints). I have patchouli issues but here it’s perfect, not sour but just the right base layer for everything else to dance around on. It's really fab.

I bought the Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Homme for my bf. It smells yummy and sexy like I could not stop sniffing it. I love the leather in it and its an addictive scent I want my bf to wear. As for the women’s version, I smelled it yesterday at Nordstrom. I really love it. I think it would be a great winter scent. I will probably buy it for myself. I like fruity florals and leather scents.

The pour homme version is atrocious. I don't mind animalic, cuir d'arabie starts off fecal, but the leather that emerges 30 minutes in is on point. The Gucci is just not blended well, and it stays fecal throughout. I will try the pour femme, but I have long ago given up hope of expecting anything decent from Gucci.
