Coho Salmon Fishing In Valdez, Alaska

We took the family to Valdez, Alaska for some Coho salmon fishing and some adventure. The silver salmon fishing started slow until dad had to leave for work. The kids showed us how it was done in the end as a rainbow pointed the way to the good Silver bite.

I'm curious do you guy's buy your gear from Bass pro Shop?
I would imagine you would have to have really good gear because of how cold it is and the constant rain and other weather conditions.
