fun fact, when first learning to solve a rubiks cube, my cube popped and I put it together randomly. obviously it became severely unsolvable and I kept raging at tutorial videos that weren’t working (sigh) the I learned about corner twists and how you actually cant flip certain pieces and my world changed forever.

Hey that happend but since ik beginner method I solve it but I saw a corner twist. Just solve it normally you find out at the end what happend but get a new cube cuz that happend to me am buying a new one

That was my exact reaction when I solved my first cube on my own about 8 months ago! then I forgot the algorithm to get the yellow cross solved properly. I went back a week later and learned it. my best is now 30 secs!

What he did at the beginning with the cube tracing his steps is exactly what I did the first time I got one. I almost solved it once, not the corner peice, but I had 3 sides solved, and I screwed it up. XD

When i first learned cfop i brought my cube to school and then some kid did a corner twist when scrambling it and called me a cheater when i twisted it back lol
So annoying when that happens. I was teaching a kid the beginner method end at the end when you insert the yellow pieces it never worked because he ALWAYS cheated by twisting corners -_-

I can relate, just I memorized which corner they turned, and they thought I cheated. I explained to the person that they twisted the corner first and they came up with lies and excuses until I got them. Good video.

My first cube was Gan too. Idk why. I was a beginner that time and dint know anything about cubing. I was so proud when i solved one side. Than i learnt from J Perm. And than theres a twisted corner. Took me a long time to fix cause i never know about twisted until my friend tell me about it. Our story was a bit same right?

They should make it so that if you twist a corner, it automatically turns off the magnets and it explodes.
Sure it’s gonna be expensive to get a new one but it’s what you get for letting a dumb person shuffle it.

It took me 30 minutes to do 1 side on a normal cube and 1 hour to do one side on a 2x2 cube
It took me 2 minutes to do 1 side on 3 x 3 rubic cube

That corner twist happened to me by mistake when I was first learning to solve. I had the entire thing done but couldn't get the last piece took like 3 hours of Google and rewatchung jperms video before I figured it out.
