@@fishhardcharters thanks for the reply. You ran some real shallow rocky areas with that bare aluminum. Ever damage the hull significantly hitting a rock? Have a jet I've been thinking of adding UHMW to the bottom of, boards of it cut to size. Haven't damaged it yet but figure it would be worth the added insurance. After seeing you run those Rapids though, I dunno, seem to do just fine without it. I don't think I'll be going over anything anymore aggressive than you were in your videos.
I'm surprised I didn't put a hole in it. The weakens part for most of these mass produced boats is the seam were the transom meets the bottom of the hull.
@@fishhardcharters good to know, thanks. No worries with that bad boy your running now. Look forward to seeing more content, jet boat rides. I'm in N GA they are getting more and more popular here. Some really great stretches of river for fishing you just can't get to without them. People are catching on.
Simply awesome man! One sick boat!
Love the boat.
Awesome boat, been wanting one for a few years now. Does the boat cavitate much at all in rapids or choppy water?
Only in extreme situations do I have blow outs.
Hope to see some more videos of this jewel!can't wait to get mine
About 18 hours on this one. It changed the game for me. Can't wait to see yours!
How fast is the new rig?
42mph with my setup/rigging on flat water at 8,000rpm. Dry weight on boat is 1600lbs. They have a 300hp engine coming this summer...top end 52mph.
Nice boat. On your other jet boat you have posted running shallow Rapids, did you have bottom protection besides bare aluminum of some type? UHMW?
My old jet boat was just aluminum bottom. This one has UHMW.
