I am a retired U.S Army Ranger, a combat veteran who spent 5 tours of duty in the middle east! I gave 24 years of my life for this country and not one regret passes thru my mind. I'd do it all again if I could. I've seen death, destruction and innocent people displaced because of higher elites who send us into combat. I was only doing my job. I think you did a great job with that buddy I've heard that song for a long long time I thought I knew all the lyrics but there was a few I could not figure out until I just read the lyrics on your side just a few words I never knew but it really adds flavor to the message of the song. Richards and Jagger never seem to get they're do with There lyrics they're just known as oh yeah druggies and Rockers but the stones were much more than that and I still keep going. And I remember I don't know 10 years ago when Nashville did a tribute to the stones go figure. But when you think about it Sticky Fingers most of the album far away eyes these are all country songs. They do the Blues they Rock they do country there never will be another band like the stones just realized I need to make a quick at edit far away eyes was on some girls. I loved this song first because of its super rythmic tempo and stressfull rendering that integrates very well Mick Jagger's temper. In my view, the meaning of that song is a blend of actualities at that time, viewed by the youthness of the Stones, that why it has gotten a blury sens.
