War charged warlock, pala hojed warlock - full hoj because charge and hoj have different DRs. The intercept was used to stun druid.
Why is warrior tunneling druid mainly? When I play the same comp vs war pala usually the war sticks to my ass/pet whole arena and won't let me do shit xD also this arena is good against that comp, if you get nagrand it gets harder.
I don't know what is the best target for warrior, but he should switch I guess, cuz tunneling the single target is the most easier case for restore druid to handle. Regarding your struggeling, it's ok :) You will never win best wopals.

On a map like dal or blades it is impossible to kill a lock especially in s8 gear due to being able to jump and port up, it also puts their pala in a bad position for cc to attempt to follow the warrior. Iv played this matchup at 3500 and watched people play it, if the lock druid has a brain then yeah your only kill target is druid on these 2 maps or else it's a 45min draw.
You should incorporate some NA streamers as well!

From my point of view the game was long because warlock have bad trinkets, since he is very experienced player I expect him to win this earlier.
Usually this is the longest game you can have playing with lock, it will be this long if war pal is good, only for those who love to play it.
