Finally, someone who doesn’t rely on flashy effects to grab your attention and just explains things in a simple, chill way. Great video! Just got an m4 pro to be able to use Ae and not only PP
Haha I totally feel this, had to learn some animation on after effects but just now trying to learn how to do some video editing on it. And I agree, software is in fact a little spooky.
Goodness, he is spitting facts! After Effects is scary, I have a bunch of tutorials on it but goodness it always it just comes across as TOUGH, ima watch this till the end, hopefully I’m convinced to try it out. 1:51

I was like you (still is) but after you did the rotoscope i wonder can you just quit after effect after rotoscoping or do i have to keep AE in the background same i guess for tracking or anything dynamic links related
very informative video man keep it up love from pakistan btw i have a question for you for color grading which software is best davinci resolve or premiere pro?
@@alventures97 no. I would say don’t be afraid to use after effects when you’re finding something doesn’t work well in premiere. Do what works best for your workflow and give both of them a try, just don’t be afraid to use other software. That’s how I was, and I regret it. So now I make sure I use the best tool for the job. Hope this helps and best of luck.
@@paulineebeauty I’ll make a video on it! I have an old one but I feel it isn’t good and don’t want to recommend that! I’ll retry making it for Friday and check back then!

@@swanandjadhav3379 I got ya. Premiere is an editing software focused on standard editing with very professional opportunities in the software: however again, after effects is for Vfx and compositing so you wouldn’t really want to edit a video in ae (though it’s possible)
This is what I needed, I was avoiding AE for the same reason.
Heck yeah brother. Right on.

Yeah it was a hit overwhelming at first but remember it isn’t made for editing, but if you mean Vfx work, then yes it’s a great thing to edit in ae

@@Trentorials Yea, i am super convinced, we are going to need you to do more TUTS on After Effects homie.
Great video you earned a new subscriber 🙏
Do you have a separate video showing how you set up your Premiere Pro to look the way it does?
I do have a video teaching premiere which I mention making custom workspaces!
This fear is super accurate
Another great video. Do more AE effect videos.
Thank you. What about after effects would you like to see?
Life saver.

It’s dependent on what you need to do! It’s mainly preference tho.
So would you say other then cutting video/audio and color correcting EVERYTHING else should be done in AE?

I just wanna say, thank you sooo much for the background music. its nice match for how terrified i was of after effects (◡‿◡✿)
i want to use AE and also I Need It but the only reason I can't is Because it's just put my PC on 🔥
What do you mean you can’t use it? It won’t let you install it? Try an older version if you’re operating system is outdated.

Same lol. I find Ae more easy. Ig because of its layer kinda system.
Adobe is shit. Davinci is doing everything at the same time
I don’t know if I would call them shit, but I would say it has its problems for sure
Ae is way easier to learn than premiere pro
You think? I always felt differently!
